Time flies when you're havin fun. And Yes I did have some fun this week experimenting making a book card and a shaker card. My Thanks go out to Christina for helping me out with the Metric conversions. She definitely inspired me to give this bookcard a try.
This lovely embosssed frame is called Cuttlebug Chic Circle. It cuts and embosses. Tilda's name is Arrow Tilda from the Sweet Crazy Love 2012 Collection. I omitted the apple on top of her head. I wanted to try a Shabby Chic style and I hope I accomplished it. The colored flowers are sprayed with flat white paint. Around the edges of the card layers I use Tim Holtz distressor and White Picket Fence Crackle paint. The lovely lace is from my stash.
The name of my book is computer genterated as well as the sentiment on the inside.
Tilda's name is A little Gift from the Sweet Christmas Dreams '11 Collection. I placed her on A Marianne Creatable LR0180. Magnolia Doo hickey die cut used is called Hellebores. Punches used are Ek Victorian Photo Corners, Diamond lace and Fiskars Broken Square. The yummy candy nuggets are Hersheys. I stamp my images on Cryogen white that is available at StampingScrapping.com. ( Cindy has the fastest shipping on earth)
